  • Weapon quality: +5% on a plain piece, +2% runed, +1% better (up to 20%, more damage).
  • Tier: common. Use it on a piece anywhere: {"action": "use", "currency": "whetstone", "item": ID}.
  • The quartermaster sells one for 1000 banked deeds.
  • Kept when you fall; sells at the market.
